To complement our extensive timber range, Sydenhams are one of the few importers to stock Clear Softwoods at our milling facility at Wickham, which we can machine to your requirements.

WESTERN RED CEDAR
A red, light weight, soft timber which is very durable, its main uses are for Exterior Cladding, Shingles, and Weather Boarding for example.

DOUGLAS FIR

Is a moderately durable, strong timber, which is used in making Joinery, such as doors and windows, and General Construction uses.

PARANA PINE
A non-durable pale timber with red streaks and straight grain, used for internal Joinery such as Stairs and Window boards.

SOUTHERN YELLOW PINE

Is moderately durable and strong, orange/yellow in colour, used for general Joinery such as stairs and Window boards.
